How it all Began
Premiers Secours, (French for First Aid), is a SBA Service Disabled Veteran Owned Certified Business.
It began as a collaboration between friends and their firms, Premiers Secours, a SBA Certified SDVOB Mental Health Services Provider, and Medical Products Wholesale Distributor, Life Experience Services, and Overt Kindness, both established Mental Health Services Providers, Sterling Medical Products, a Midwest-based medical products and surgical instruments manufacturer; and Gordon Healthcare Technologies, designers and builders of state-of-the-art, modular wound and burn care surgical centers and sustainability systems. Our approach is a solution to fulfilling mental health services, medical/surgical product and building facilities and fully equipped surgical centers, especially in areas with a dearth of medical/surgical services.
Ron Washington is President and CEO and has extensive corporate executive management experience in communication, marketing, and sales. While at the global consumer and professional products giant S.C. Johnson & Sons, Inc. (Johnson Wax), Ron served as an accomplished executive and achieved wide recognition for his success.
He earned a master’s degree in Managerial Communication from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL., and was awarded an Executive Education Certificate in Mastering Sales from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Ron is a decorated United States. Marine Corps, combat veteran.
Dr. Stephen Gordon is our Chief Medical Officer with extensive experience performing reconstructive surgery in less-than-ideal surgical situations. He has extensive experience in the design-build process of burn and wound care modular surgery centers. With four decades of experience as a wound care plastic surgeon, surgical facility designer, and Medicare surgical facility inspector, he’s led surgical missions to poor and underserved countries worldwide.
